		<description>You made a good point Dr. Miller. Anyone in healthcare knows that simply treating the symptoms does not solve the problem. Legislation has provided cost-saving fixes to treat the symptoms of the deminishing health care system, but quick fixes usually lead to higher cost demands in order to solve the main problem. Our health care system is in great need of a long term solution that will require Federal spending, which I am afraid they are not willing to provide.</description>

As Obama has said - he would rather have 85% of the Obama healthcare reform proposal passed by 100% of the the house in non-reconciliation than have 100% of the issues addressed and have it passed by 51% of the congress. there is real opportunity we do not want to waste.</description>
